Placing an order
When you place an order you can register your details or proceed with your order as a guest. By registering your details with us you will be able to sign in to your account from the Log In link on the website menu and you will be able to track and manage your order.
You will receive an email confirming your purchase immediately. If you do not receive an email please check your spam folder. If you still have not received a confirmation email please contact us by email at email@example.com.
Your orders are carefully picked, double checked and have video security for customer accuracy. Please double check your order once it has been delivered before reporting any discrepancies.
Card Payments: Please note we accept payment by Mastercard and Visa credit or debit card. We do not keep your credit card details on our servers.
All goods remain the property of Orangedreamz, and we retain all legal title of the goods until they have been paid for in full.
All prices include VAT, our vat reg no is 378933049. Colours and product styles may vary due to stock item changes by our suppliers.
We only accept payments in GBP and will not accept payment in any other currency.
Competitively priced products - our aim is to have all our products competitively priced.
Shipping and Delivery - Royal Mail Signed For
Please note we only sell our products to UK residents and will only deliver to a UK postal address.
Free UK delivery - we understand that you want your product quickly and free delivery wherever possible. Except for TRACK 24 we pay the postage costs for all orders over £25. Orders under £25 are sent via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class Postage charged to the customer at £3.99.
We deliver to UK mainland including the Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland.
When paying by credit or debit card, please note we will only deliver to the card holder's address to which the card is registered.

When you place an order you can register your details so that you can create your own account and this will allow you to track your items.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Customers wishing to return faulty or damaged goods must email Orangedreamz at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reasons for wanting to return the items. We will then respond accordingly. Errors and shortages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
Please check all goods immediately as returns will not be accepted for refund unless the items are returned by you within 7 working days of receipt. All items are to be returned at customers cost and risk.
