Free UK delivery - we understand that you want your product quickly and free delivery wherever possible. Except for TRACK 24 we pay the postage costs for all orders over £25. Orders under £25 are sent via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class Postage charged to the customer at £3.99.
We deliver to UK mainland including the Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland.
When paying by credit or debit card, please note we will only deliver to the card holder's address to which the card is registered.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Customers wishing to return faulty or damaged goods must email Orangedreamz at info@orangedreamz.com with the reasons for wanting to return the items. We will then respond accordingly. Errors and shortages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
Please check all goods immediately as returns will not be accepted for refund unless the items are returned by you within 7 working days of receipt. All items are to be returned at customers cost and risk.
